Digital work order · No. 001 · Prepared 28 August 2026

The workshop is
running fine.
The website isn’t.

You already do the hard part: the reviews, the videos, the flyers, the work itself. Every one of them points at a website that undoes it. Here is what we found, what we would build, and what it costs.

proautorepairs.net

Roughly 14 MB to load. Placeholder staff names still published. A booking form that cannot take a date. On a phone, the phone number is hidden.

Bottleneck

You are not short of attention. You are losing it at the last step, which is the cheapest step to fix.

Three passes. Seven fails. All seven sit on the website.

The good news

Every failed item is a website item. Nothing on this sheet asks you to change how you run the workshop, hire anyone, or spend a dollar on advertising.

Item 05, 06 and 07 in detail

What a customer actually finds.

Meet Our Team page showing John Doe, Jane Smith and Robert Brown

Your team page, live today. It introduces your technicians as John Doe, Jane Smith and Robert Brown. Placeholder names the builder never replaced.

Book an Appointment form with no date or time field

Your booking form. Name, phone, email, description. No date. No time. It is a contact form wearing a booking label, so somebody still has to ring back.

Pop-up covering the mobile homepage

Your homepage on a phone. A pop-up covers the screen before anyone reads a word, and the Call button sits behind the menu.

Three of these are ten-minute jobs on a site that was built properly. On this one, they have been live since it launched.

Not our opinion

This is Google’s own report on your website.

Google PageSpeed Insights scores for proautorepairs.net

PageSpeed Insights, 21 August 2026. Mobile 60, desktop 71. Google also reports “No Data” for real visitors, because nothing on the site measures them.

What Google reportsFixed
Homepage weighs about 14 MB. One photo alone is 6.2 MB.
Unused JavaScript and unused CSS being shipped to visitors.
Images not sized or encoded for the web.
Accessibility 88: insufficient contrast, and controls with no name.
Agentic Browsing 1 / 2: the accessibility tree is not well-formed.
No real-user data, because no analytics are installed.

The easiest win in this deck

You have already written the good stuff. It is just not on your website.

Pro Auto Repairs services flyer Pro Auto Repairs flyer offering free WINZ quotes
On your flyersFlyerWebsite
Free WINZ quotes, we can help
Car services from $99
Buy 4 new tyres, free wheel alignment
$20 fuel or grocery voucher on 2+ tyres
Landline and email published

Your flyer says “we keep you moving”. Your website says “powered by passion driven by service”. The flyer is better, and it is the one you cannot put in front of somebody searching at nine at night.

“WINZ quotes” is real, high-intent local search. Nobody in Papakura is competing for it online.

Twelve searches across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity

We asked AI for a mechanic on your street.

ChatGPT recommending GT Automotive at 2/18 Croskery Road

ChatGPT, asked for the best mechanic near Red Hill and Croskery Road. It recommends GT Automotive at “2/18 Croskery Road”, praising them because they are “actually on Croskery Road”. 2/18 Croskery Road is your address.

Why that happened

ChatGPT read a third-party directory. Gemini, asked the same question, recommended you, and cited proautorepairs.net as its source. Same street, same question, opposite answers. The difference is which page the AI could read.

Named once in twelve

Across twelve tool-and-question combinations you were named once. Car Care Centre was named nine times, Bloxham Automotive eight. The tools keep citing MTA credentials and pages they can actually read. You have published neither.

Every bar above sits inside the first four points of a hundred-point scale. Nobody near you has built any search authority at all.

Read that again

Every workshop near you is at or near zero. This is not a race you are losing. It is a race where nobody has left the line, and the first one with a real website takes it.

Why it matters

Trust is what decides who Google shows first, and increasingly what AI tools quote. It is built slowly, which is exactly why starting before your competitors do is worth more here than anywhere else.

End of inspection

Recommended work,
in three stages.

Same as any job that comes through your door. Fix what is broken first, then make it work harder, then take the load off you. You authorise one stage at a time, and you only authorise Stage 01 today.

Stage 01 · Build

A website that works, that is yours, and that takes bookings.

Stage 02 · Get found

Show up when somebody searches, on Google and in AI answers.

Stage 03 · Automate

Stop losing the jobs that come in while your hands are busy.

You only commit to Stage 01 today

01

Start here

Build.

A website that loads, tells the truth about your team, publishes your prices and offers, and lets somebody book a WOF at nine at night without ringing you. Everything that failed the inspection sits inside this stage.

01The phone number never leaves the screenToday it hides behind the hamburger. A workshop’s website has one job on a phone, and it is the call button.
02Nothing covers the page on arrivalThe pop-up goes. Your offer stays, in a strip that does not block the content someone came for.
03Prices are on the page, not in a phone call“Car services from $99” is already on your flyer. It belongs where people are actually looking.
04Booking takes a date and a timeThe customer picks a slot, you get an email and a text. No callback, no missed lead at nine at night.
05Your five-star reviews sit above the foldThey update themselves from your Google listing, so you never have to touch them.

This is the running order, not the artwork. Design comes after we agree the structure and see your workshop photos.

Brand identity / logo refresh · from $2,500

Only if you want it. Your mark is already good.

Pro Auto Repairs logo Pro Auto Repairs WOF offer flyer

The badge works. It is detailed, it is recognisable, and people in Papakura know it. What it is not is built for a phone screen, where it has to survive at the size of a thumbnail.

What a refresh would cover
01A simplified mark that stays readable small · app icons, favicons, van signage
02A proper colour palette · your red and gold, fixed and documented
03A type system · so every flyer and post looks like the same business
04An asset library · logo files you can hand to any printer or supplier

Our honest advice: the website is the leak. Do that first. Take the brand refresh when you want the van, the flyers and the site to finally match, and we will build the site so it drops straight in.

Optional · not required for Stage 01

02

Next

Get found.

A fast, honest website is the entry ticket. Being the one Google and ChatGPT name when somebody searches is the prize. Your competitors are already being named, not because they are better, but because they have published something worth reading.

Only worth doing once Stage 01 is live

Two things happen here

Get named by Google. Get named by AI.

SEO Essentials

Fix the foundation

Indexing, sitemaps, Search Console, site speed, and every existing page optimised for what people actually search. A keyword plan and rank tracking in Ahrefs, so you can see the position move.

from $1,000/mo

SEO Growth

Go after new ground

Everything in Essentials, plus two new keyword-targeted pages a month, link-building outreach, and a quarterly review against agreed targets. This is how you go after the searches nobody near you has published a page for, like WINZ quotes.

from $2,000/mo

Landing page build

One page, one offer

Single-purpose pages for a specific push: WOF season, tyre offers, WINZ quotes. Tracking baked in, so you know what the flyer drop or the boosted post actually returned.

from $850/page

Why this is Stage 02, not Stage 01. Sending more people to the site you have today would cost you money. SEO on a 14 MB site with placeholder staff names is paying to be found doing your worst work. Fix the shop, then open the doors wider.

Deliverable-based, tracked in Ahrefs, cancellable

03

After that

Automate.

You cannot answer the phone from under a car. Every call you miss is a WOF somebody books somewhere else, and you never find out it happened.

Only worth doing once the work is coming in

The jobs you are losing while your hands are busy

Four things that work while you do.

Chat agent setup

from $1,500

Answers the questions you get twenty times a week on the website itself. How much is a WOF, do you do WINZ quotes, are you open Saturday, can I bring it in today. Books the slot or takes the details.

Voice agent setup

from $2,000

Picks up when you are under a car. Qualifies the job, quotes what can be quoted, books the ones that are straightforward, and texts you the ones that need a person. Configured to your process, not a generic script.

Marketing automation build

from $3,500

The one that pays for itself in a workshop: automatic WOF reminders. Six months after a service, the customer gets a message and a booking link. Plus follow-ups on quotes that went quiet, and a review request after every job.

Sales-process redesign

from $3,000

Mapping how a job actually goes from first call to invoice, and closing the gaps where quotes go cold. For when you are big enough that jobs fall through the cracks between people.

Flows live in your accounts and are documented, so they keep running whether or not we do.

Every line, in plain English

The work order.

Starting prices in NZD. Nothing here is a quote until we have scoped it with you. Same names and numbers you will find on trailblazerpredictive.agency.

What we would actually start with

The website build and Site Care. That is the whole conversation today. Stage 02 and Stage 03 are on this sheet so you can see where it goes, not so you buy them now. We will tell you when you are ready for each, and we will tell you when you are not.

All prices NZD, GST inclusive · starting prices, not a quote

Four steps, and only one of them needs you

How it works.

01
We agree the scope You tell us the services and prices you want published. We put the structure from sheet 13 in front of you and you say yes or change it.
02
We come to the workshop Half a morning, real photos of you, your team and the bays. This is the only part that costs you time, and it is what makes the site look like your business.
03
We build and you review You see it on a private link before anyone else does. You give us one round of changes. Nothing goes live until you have signed it off.
04
We switch it on and watch it Domain, analytics, booking inbox, Google listing connected. Then we can actually see what is working, because for the first time something is measuring it.

What we need from you

Your service list and the prices you are happy to publish. Access to your domain and Google listing. Half a morning for photos. One person who can make the call. That is the lot.

What we will not do

Lock you into a contract you cannot leave. Hold your domain or accounts hostage. Sell you advertising before the website can convert it. Charge you for Stage 02 or 03 before you are ready for them.

Timing agreed with you before anything starts

One decision today

Everything else you
are doing already works.

Five stars from every customer who has left one. Sixty-three videos of your own work. Flyers with real offers on them. Neighbours naming you in local Facebook groups. The website is the one part that is letting all of it down, and it is the one part we fix first.
